Course Application Form

Term Four commences on Monday, 17th Oct, 2008 at the
SeniorNet classroom at Ngati Toa School, Titahi Bay.


SeniorNet Porirua provides courses for its members with morning classes between 9.30 and 11.30am and afternoon classes between 1.30 and 3.30pm most weekdays.

Membership of SeniorNet Porirua is open to any person 50 years of age or over. The membership fee for 2008 is $15.

Both existing members who wish to undertake a course this term, and intending members who wish to apply for membership and undertake a course should print and complete the Application Form. You should provide your personal details on the application form.

Note: The information you supply is only for the use of SeniorNet Porirua Inc. and the Federation of NZ SeniorNets and will not be divulged to any other person or organisation.

Age group, ethnicity and nationality data is required so that we can claim financial support which enables us to minimise the cost of courses.

After carefully reading the Course Details sheet, tick the course you wish to attend next term in the space provided overleaf, and indicate your preferred sessions.

Note that the Course Details also specifies the computer program that is the basis of each course and intending students should check they have this program or close equivalent on their home computers. It is recommended that applicants should limit themselves to one major course in any one term.

Workshops, or short courses of one or two session duration, will be scheduled on Tuesday afternoons. Attending more than one workshop is optional. Indicate your session preferences at the bottom of the Application form and calculate the fees.
